Meet the Leadership Team
Nadia is a PhD student in the Chemistry Department. Her research focuses on fluorescent tool development for RNA probing and dynamics studies. Nadia also serves as the director of Alumni Relations for Georgetown Graduate Student Government (GradGov), the Chemistry DEI graduate student representative, the co-president of Women in Chemistry (WoChem), a volunteer analyst for Phelan-Mcdermid Syndrome (PMS) in conjugation with Harvard Medical School and Patient Centered Outcome Research group (PCORI), and serves as a the founder and chair of The Us Foundation (TUF) a nonprofit group based in Zimbabwe that aims to support youth facing homelessness. Nadia is an avid advocate for human rights and STEM policy, working on multiple collaboration efforts to bridge the siloed spheres of policy, law and science globally. Her career goals lay at the intersection of her passions and interests, as she hopes to continue to be an active leader and member of the greater world. Nadia prides herself on being a good friend, sister, daughter, dog-aunt and outdoor enthusiast, ensuring she enjoys the small and simple things in life along the way.
Safia is a 2nd year PhD student in the Chemistry department. As a member of the Wolf group, her research interests include stereoselective chemosensing, asymmetric catalysis and medicinal chemistry. She previously served as a Princeton in Asia Teaching Fellow at the American University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan.
Dhivya Sankararaj Rathinam

Dhivya is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Management program at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. She is from India where she worked for two years and completed her undergraduate education in English literature. Reading novels and exploring the linguistics of lost languages is her avocation. Having worked in marketing and product management, she plans to pursue a career that explores the intersections of supply chain and sustainability.

Saher is a second-year Master of Public Policy student at Georgetown’s McCourt School for Public Policy. Prior to joining Georgetown, Saher completed a Master degree in International Affairs at the Elliott School of George Washington University, with concentration in International Law and Organization. While a student, Saher worked in consulting leveraging her systems engineering background and undergraduate education at George Mason University, where she obtained a double major bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems Operations Management. She speaks multiple languages and has studied at Alliance Française in Paris.
As a Vice President at GGCC and Graduate student studying Mathematics and Statistics, Alexandros has accumulated a wealth of experience through a series of internships and part-time positions spanning diverse industries and international locations. His professional journey has primarily revolved around data analysis, market research, private equity, and corporate strategy. Throughout these roles, he has honed his expertise in critical areas such as big data analytics, process enhancement, sales strategies, and financial modeling. In summary, Alexandros has cultivated a versatile skill set that holds applicability across a spectrum of industries and professional positions, making him a valuable asset as a Vice President at GGCC.
A graduate student at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Jared is a candidate for the Master of Science in Management program. He is interested in pursuing a career in public and/or nonprofit sector(s) consulting. Before coming to Georgetown, Jared received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, studying political science and history. After college, he worked in both the public and nonprofit sectors in Ann Arbor and Detroit, MI. Outside of work and school, Jared loves to play and watch sports (especially the Michigan Wolverines). He loves to travel, having been to all 50 U.S. states, and to learn new languages. He also loves outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and canoeing.
Simran is a graduate student at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology and brings valuable leadership experience. With a track record of success at both PUMA and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, she has driven substantial growth through innovation and strategic leadership. Apart from being a sports enthusiast and a global traveler, she is also passionate about community engagement, as demonstrated through her leadership in a rural entrepreneurship project. Simran has a keen interest in strategy consulting and has made significant contributions to strategic projects during her tenure at PUMA.
Suyash is on a thrilling journey into the world of consulting, armed with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a knack for innovation. He’s not your average consultant – he’s the one who brings a dash of pizzazz to every project. With roles ranging from Trainee Psychologist to Strategic Growth Consultant and even Facility & Crisis Manager in healthcare and consulting, Suyash is a whirlwind of talent.
